Shipping Locations (UAE)
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1ā3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or UAE public holidays.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.
Delivery Time
Dubai: Delivery within 1 business day after dispatch.
Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain): Estimated delivery within 1ā3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Dubai: Free shipping on all orders.
Sharjah & Abu Dhabi: Free shipping on orders AED 150 and above.
Other Emirates (Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain): Free shipping on orders AED 250 and above.
If the order value is below the free-shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to track your shipment status.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:
Please wait an additional 1 working day.
If still not delivered, contact our support team with your order number.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
Please take clear photos/videos before opening the package.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the evidence for assistance.
